We hold our commercial work to the level of finish you’d expect inside a well-built luxury home, and we bring the structure, sequencing, and reporting of commercial construction to the homes we build. Few contractors work fluently on both sides of the industry — that crossover is what gives our work its character.
Every invoice and every bank statement goes to the client, through the whole construction process. Nothing is marked up out of sight and nothing needs to be asked for twice.
It is the cleanest, most honest way a builder can work with an owner — and it holds up to whatever draw review, audit or cost certification a lender wants to run.
